For example, on arrival to Thailand, stay a few days in Bangkok, visit the Royal Palace and then hire a long boat to take a trip up the narrow canals to see some of the authentic local sights. After dark, visit the teeming night markets and try your skills at bargaining! After the frenetic pace of Bangkok, you might want to relax on the beaches on the island of Phuket, just an hour away by plane. Whilst there why not rent a private speedboat and go out to one of the deserted islands in Phang Nga Bay and let your Captain and his assistant lay out a sumptuous picnic lunch on the beach. On the way back, stop by the famous James Bond Island or do a spot of sea kayaking
